How we work
We briefly align requirements, product application and expected volumes.
We agree the alloy, section, tolerances and prepare / check drawings and specifications.
We perform extrusion and form the profile to the agreed geometry. CNC machining, cutting, anodising or powder coating (to spec).
We check geometry, tolerances, coating and marking. We record results in protocols.
We complete, mark, pack and organise delivery to the client.
